Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? You've got 14 days. We want the right shirt on your back, not a sale we trapped you into.

Window & condition
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and you'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Need a different size?
Request an exchange and we'll get the right size out to you. Fastest way to sort a fit issue.

How to start
Email info@artistofviolence.com with your order number, or use the returns link in your account. We'll send instructions from there.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect your order the moment it arrives. If anything's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@artistofviolence.com right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable
Sale items and gift cards are final and can't be returned.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The item must come back unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still don't see it, email us at info@artistofviolence.com.
